空压机转子间隙调节依据标准浅议

空压机转子是高速转动的,而端面是静止,它们之间存在有一定的间隙,而压缩机功率越大所调的间隙也会增大。压缩机转子在装配时很重要的一步就是调节其间隙,调大的话影响压缩机排气量,小的话容易摩擦发生高温现象。螺杆压缩机的排端间隙是是设计者在设计的时候确定了的。一般间隙是根据机器的大小、运行工况、转子及其缸体的材料等因素定的。间隙只要在一定的范围内,不会影响机器的正常运行。

如果空压机机头使用多年后需要大修,维修时最好是能从制造厂商那了解该机头的间隙范围,而且最好是能在拆机器的时候测式该机器准确的间隙值,安装的时候尽量保证这个间隙值。当然,各个厂家的结构不一样,间隙调整也有区别,要具体问题具体分析。如果所说的机头故障属于工况环境导致,可以通过恶劣工况下用空气过滤器,改善运行环境,从源头呵护主机,降低运行成本。

螺杆空压机主机的进、排气端面间隙,主要是考虑密封腔中的各个热膨胀所引起的情况,因此留有不同间隙。此外,又因排气端的受力大于进气端,所以在排气端用了止推轴承。排气端间隙过大,影响压缩效率;过小,热膨胀间隙也要必须保证。这时,也要考虑到轴承的游隙。在维修主机时,可以适当放宽一点,主要是保证正常运转。转子与机壳之间的间隙,大体上同上。螺杆主机是精密部件,要充分掌握相关维修技术,才能进行很好地维护。最后,将维修好的主机进行相关的检查,再按部就班地进行总装试车后投入运行。
